At Dear Daughter, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at deardaughteruk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free from marks, damage, or odours
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in a resalable condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded in line with UK regulations. However, customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.
Pre-Orders
If you have purchased a pre-order item, your 14-day cancellation period begins from the date the item is delivered to you.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact us and we will issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
