Some products may be offered as pre-order. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Pre-Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at deardaughteruk@gmail.com. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After Dispatch

Once a pre-order item has been dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies. In line with UK consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the item.

Estimated Shipping Dates

All dispatch dates provided for pre-orders are estimates. While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to manufacturing, supplier schedules, or circumstances beyond our control. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
