Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details.

Pre-Orders

Where an item is offered as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Pre-order items will be dispatched on or around the stated date. While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to supplier schedules or circumstances beyond our control. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may dispatch the full order once all items are available.

We ship within the United Kingdom using Evri tracked delivery services.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 2–3 working days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside of our control.
